Shuliy machinery’s new-designed sawdust briquette machine can be driven not only by electric power but also by diesel engines. Recently we exported a sawdust briquette machine driven by the diesel engine to Uganda.
What is the difference between sawdust briquette machine’s electric drive and diesel engine drive?
The difference between diesel-driven sawdust briquette machines and electric sawdust briquette machines is that they are driven differently. As the name suggests, the power mode of the diesel sawdust briquettes making machine is a diesel generator.
The purpose of our diesel type sawdust briquetter is to meet the needs of more customers. If diesel is cheaper in some regions, this machine is more practical. On the other hand, if users want to work in the field, they can use the diesel pini kay making machine. Because there is no power supply in the field, this device only needs diesel oil to work properly.
In fact, the machine is the same as the ordinary sawdust briquettes making machine except that the power mode is different. Both of these machines use granular, bamboo, wood, fruit shell, straw, and other granular materials (diameter ≤3, length ≤5mm) with a water content of ≤12% without any binder, through high temperature and high-pressure process, extruding solid briquettes into sticks.
Details about the Uganda order of diesel-driven sawdust briquette machine
The Ugandan customer ’s main processing material is rice husks, so there is no need to purchase crushing equipment. Due to the large moisture content of the customer’s raw materials, we recommend the air dryer to the customer, which can reduce the humidity of the rice husk to about 10%. Now, the diesel-driven sawdust briquette machine and air dryer have been delivered to the customer’s factory in Uganda on time.
