Therefore, when conditions permit, the humidity of the material can be reduced as much as possible, and the drying operation can be carried out by natural drying or drying machine to avoid the reduction of machine output.

Чем мельче требуется измельчённый материал, тем меньше будет выход. Только улучшая качество соответствующих технологий и оборудования, можно увеличить выход при сохранении мелкости.

Износ компонентов оборудования

Измельчитель нуждается в регулярном обслуживании. Лезвие — уязвимая часть, его нужно регулярно затачивать или заменять. Только при правильном состоянии производства дробилка может достигать нормального выхода.
