木材破砕機の生産量減少の理由

実験によると、木材シュレッダメーカーは、木材 crusher 機の出力低下に影響を与える要因が多数あることを示しています。その中には、内部の設備と外部の環境要因の両方があります。木材 crusher の出力理由を決定する際、一つの要素だけから判断することはできません。

原材料の硬さ

硬度の高い木材は抵抗が大きい分刃の回転速度が遅くなり、破砕能力が低下するため割れにくくなります。それ以上にシュレッダー内部の刃も磨耗してしまいます。

材料の湿度

完成鋸屑の細かさ

粉砕物を細かくする必要があるため、生産量は小さくなります。関連する技術や設備の品質を向上させることによってのみ、精細さを確保しながら生産量を増やすことが可能になります。

設備部品の摩耗

シュレッダーは定期的なメンテナンスが必要です。刃は傷つきやすい部分なので、定期的に研ぐか交換する必要があります。適切な生産状態においてのみ、粉砕機は通常の出力に達することができます。
