（1）含水率は比較的低く、一般的に6％から8％の間です。トレイは使用中に湿気を吸収したり変形したりしません。
（2）サイズが安定しており、軽量で、ねじれや歪みが起きにくい。
（3）成形木製パレットの寸法精度が高く、特別に設計された補強リブにより、製品の強度と生産精度が確保されている。
（4）この種の圧縮木製パレットは、強度と剛性を一定に保つことができ、木材自体の自然欠陥は成形過程で排除され、従来の木板組立製品よりも強度が高いです。
（5）重量は硬い広葉樹製のパレット製品の50％軽い。
（6）木製パレットの周りの角を丸くしたデザインは、梱包や輸送中に製品が損傷するのを防ぐことができます。自動結束作業を実現でき、作業時間を節約します。
（7）複数のパレットを積み重ねることができ、50パレットの高さは約7フィートです。静荷重は動荷重の10倍であり、フォークリフトで四方からシャベルで掘り起こすことができます。
（8）輸入・輸出業務の輸送要件を満たすことができ、燻蒸処理は不要です。

成形パレットの正式名称は、植物繊維成形平板工業パレットです。パレットに使用される原材料は木片、植物 stalks などで、全体構造、パネル、9つの支持脚が一度に成形されます。パレットの上面は平らで滑らかであり、貨物輸送の要件を満たします。底面には補強材が装備されており、板面の垂直・水平方向の力がバランスを保っています。9つの脚の配置は、フォークリフトの四方向挿入に適しています。
