The Colombian customer has a local charcoal factory, which mainly processes spherical barbecue charcoal. As the local demand for stick-shaped cooking charcoal briquettes is increasing, the customer decided to purchase a charcoal extruder machine to produce this kind of Holzkohlebriketts.

Da er im Bereich der Kohleverarbeitung tätig ist, kennt der Kunde den Verarbeitungsprozess der Kohlebriquettes gut und hat hohe Anforderungen an die Qualität der Briquettemaschine.

Da die lokale Spannung des kolumbianischen Kunden dieselbe ist wie die in China verwendete, und der Kunde keine weiteren Anpassungswünsche hat, können wir direkt eine Kohleextrusionsmaschine mit einer Kapazität von 500kg/h aus dem Lager auswählen und so schnell wie möglich versenden.

Before shipment, the customer expressed concern about whether our equipment can produce good-quality charcoal briquettes. In order to solve the customer’s doubts, we prepared carbon powder according to the customer’s raw material formula, then tested it with the Kohlenstoffextruder-Maschine that will be shipped and took a video of the testing process for the customer. The Colombian customer is very satisfied with the test results of the briquette extruder machine.
