Shuliy factory shipped 20 sets of charcoal briquetting machines and complete spare parts, briquetting molds to Indonesia again in last weekend. These briquette charcoal machines will be used in a newly opened charcoal processing plant in Indonesia to process the popular square charcoal and hexagonal charcoal. This is the second time this Iraqi customer to cooperate with our Shuliy factory, and we hope we will have more cooperation opportunities in the future.

The Iraqi customer had commissioned a very trusted Chinese middleman to buy charcoal processing equipment for him in 2019. His middleman screened several Chinese charcoal equipment manufacturers for him and finally chose to order 3 charcoal briquetting machines from our factory with a capacity of 500kg/h.

이라크 고객은 지난 주문과 동일한 유형의 500kg/h 출력의 숯 연탄 기계 10대를 주문했습니다. 그러나 고객은 자신의 용도를 고려하여 연탄 압출기에 대한 몇 가지 새로운 맞춤 요구 사항을 제시했습니다. 예를 들어, 연탄 압출기 기계에 0.5미터 높이의 선반을 추가하면 더 쉽게 사용할 수 있고, 두 기계가 함께 작동하도록 설계하면 공간이 더 절약됩니다.

또한, 더 큰 생산 요구 사항을 충족하기 위해 고객은 1000kg/h 용량의 또 다른 10대의 대형 숯 연탄 기계를 주문했습니다.

고객께서도 가공하고 싶은 연탄의 크기와 모양을 알려주셨고, 우리 엔지니어들은 고객이 제공한 데이터에 따라 금형을 엄격하게 맞춤 제작했습니다.

고객의 다양한 요구 사항을 확인한 후 즉시 배송 준비를 시작했습니다. 그러나 이 고객이 요구하는 압출 다이는 모두 맞춤형 버전이며 당사 공장에서는 고객이 요구하는 다이를 최단 시간에 처리했습니다.
