如何维护压木托盘机？

压木托盘机是加工高密度木托盘的主要设备。液压托盘压机可以在巨大的液压压力下将锯末挤压成不同形状。加工后的木托盘非常坚固耐用，承载能力超过5吨。对于托盘压机的用户，做好日常维护工作可以大大提高托盘机的生产效率并延长其使用寿命。

木托盘压机的安全注意事项

• 的电源入口 压制木托盘机 通常为三相五线制。首次通电时，用户应确认机器控制箱的电源，检查是否有缺相、低压或高压。其中，托盘机的控制电压为220V，必须接地。
• 检查设备上的过行程保护开关（行程开关）是否灵活，确保其不卡滞。
• 在运输过程中，检查木托盘压机的电控箱接头和其他电气元件是否松动。如有松动，应及时紧固。所有检查完毕且机器正常后，方可通电。

维护压制木托盘机的具体方法

在使用压木托盘机开始工作前，必须首先仔细检查机器的各个部件是否松动。只有确保木托盘机的部件没有松动后，才能启动机器工作。舒利工厂建议压缩托盘压机的用户每周对机器的连接部件进行一次全面检查。

对于新购的压木托盘机，用户应在使用的第一个月内对机器的液压油进行一次过滤，之后每六个月平均进行一次过滤。

压木托盘机的电路配备有检验点，维修时必须将换向开关拨到左侧。当启动电源时，切换到下行点动；停止电源后，切换到上行点动。大修完成后，将换向开关拨到工作位置（右侧），严禁非机械人员按压微调和切换操作。
