木屑模塑木托盘的作用是什么？

Wood shavings molded wood pallet is a compressed wood pallet product that is made of wood shavings and plant straw as raw materials for one-time molding. Its surface is smooth, which can meet the transportation of various goods.

木屑模塑木托盘来源广泛。我们可以利用小直径木材、竹子，以及家具、木质板材和废旧木托盘等废弃物进行压缩木托盘的加工，以最大限度地利用有限的木材资源。

木屑模塑木托盘在高温高压下成型，不涉及疫情防控等问题。同时，这种压缩木托盘也避免了普通木托盘的结节、裂缝、变形和霉变等缺点。

一个标准的40英尺高柜（12.032米×2.352米×2.69米）可以装载约1650个木屑模塑木托盘，而普通木托盘只能装载约450个。堆放木屑模塑木托盘所需的存储空间仅为普通木托盘的三分之一。

木屑模塑木托盘是如何发展的？

为了充分利用木材，德国、美国等国家相继研发利用小直径木材或木材加工残余物制造木屑模塑木托盘的技术。

1971年，德国Werzalit公司发明了利用木屑模塑刨花板的专利技术（US5078938）。将木屑与热固性树脂混合后加入金属模具，再进行热压成型。

木屑模塑木托盘是在此项专利技术基础上衍生而来的。1979年，美国Litco国际公司利用该专利技术建立了世界上第一家木屑模塑木托盘制造商。

中国压缩木托盘行业
