锯末压块机的常见故障及解决方案

  1. 锯末不易成型。造成这种情况的主要原因有：机器的加热温度过高或过低；压块机的成型套严重磨损；螺旋推进器的角度不一致；原料水分过大。舒利的锯末压块机采用自动温控装置，成型套由高合金材料制成，具有抗压和耐磨性能，能避免许多机器故障。
  2. 压块表面有裂纹。造成这种情况的主要原因有：温度控制不当；原料水分过多；压块机的螺旋推进器磨损或轴端不正确；压块机螺旋头的螺杆过大或过小；套筒严重磨损等。
  3. 生物质压块的质量不高。原料水分过多容易导致压块出现横裂纹，水分过少则容易在压块中出现纵裂纹。此外，加热温度过高，原料过度软化，也会导致供应不足，从而引起裂纹。如果送料桶供应不足，可以适当增大螺旋直径，或抛光螺旋壁以增加螺距。
