Ghanaian Customer Visit: BBQ Charcoal Briquette Processing Line
A delegation of two Ghanaian investors recently visited the Shuliy Machinery factory to evaluate our BBQ charcoal briquette processing line. The customers plan to expand their charcoal business by producing large-size BBQ briquettes with a diameter of 10 cm, which are highly popular in their domestic market due to their long burning time and strong heat output.
During the visit, the customers shared their need for a complete briquette production line, including a charcoal powder mixer, BBQ charcoal ball press machine, drying system, and packaging equipment. Their objective is to build a highly automated, clean, and efficient production line that can meet commercial-scale demand.
Factory Visit and On-site Machine Demonstration
Our sales manager accompanied the customers throughout the inspection.
The Ghanaian guests stood beside our high-capacity charcoal ball press machine, examining the die cavities and discussing mold customization for producing 10 cm BBQ charcoal balls. Both visitors carefully evaluated the structural design, asking technical questions about pressure strength and output capacity.
The customers observed the operation of the charcoal powder mixer. They watched the mixing process closely to understand how moisture and binders are evenly blended into charcoal powder. The customers expressed satisfaction with the machine’s mixing uniformity and stable performance.
They showed great interest in product shape customization, durability, and hardness of the briquettes. Our engineer explained how Shuliy can design different molds according to customer needs and how to adjust pressure settings for optimal briquette strength.
