Why use Raymond mill when processing hookah charcoal?
Raymond mill is a commonly used industrial milling equipment. In the hookah charcoal production line, the role of the Raymond mill is also very prominent. Why is this? Raymond mill has a higher grinding fineness, which can make the charcoal powder more delicate.
Features of Raymond Mill
Raymond mill is commonly used in non-flammable and explosive mining with Mohs hardness not exceeding seven grades and humidity below 6%, such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, ceramics, glass, and carbon blocks.
Flour milling and processing of more than 280 kinds of materials in the building materials, chemical, metallurgical and other industries. The particle size of the Raymond mill can be adjusted in the range of 100~325 mesh.
The working principle of Raymond mill
The whole structure of Raymond mill is composed of the main machine, fan, analysis machine, and pipeline dust removal system. According to user needs, it can be equipped with a crusher, hoist, storage bin, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electrical control cabinet, etc.
After the material is crushed to the required particle size by the crusher, the material is sent to the storage bin by elevator, and then the crushed material is uniformly and continuously sent to the main grinding chamber by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding.
The role of Raymond mill in the processing of hookah charcoal
Raymond mill has high fineness and can process carbon powder with higher fineness. The grinding fineness of general mills is very limited, and the grinding fineness cannot be adjusted. This results in larger particle size of the carbon powder and a rough surface of the processed hookah charcoal.
The charcoal powder processed by Raymond mill has higher fineness and finer texture. The hookah charcoal processed with such charcoal powder is not only smooth on surface but also dense and not easy to break. For water pipe charcoal processors, such water pipe charcoal can be sold at a better price.
